Chili
1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
4 cans Bush chili beans, mild flavor
2 cans water
Chili powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
1 can stewed tomatoes
Optional: 1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Any other peppers to taste
Brown hamburger and onion. In crock pot put tomato soup, 1 can water,
Chili beans, 2 cans water, add spices & hamburger & onion. Cook all day on low, 6 - 10 hrs or on high for 4 - 6 hours.
Add more chili powder & onion powder as needed to taste.
